Why plexus? What makes it an opportunity of a lifetime...

Why Plexus? What makes Plexus the Opportunity of a Lifetime?

1. Couples can sign up separately

Most companies restrict couples doing that y saying that there can only be one distributorship between a husband and wife. Plexus encourages husbands and wives to sign up separately. By doing that, it basically enables a couple to double their income for only slight more effort.

2. Profit Sharing Offered to Everyone from Day One
With the unique pay plan that Plexus has created, every Ambassador gets to share in the profits of the company from day one. In most other companies, only the high ranking distributors get to share in the company profits.

3. No Direct Competition within the company
In most network marketing companies, there is intense competition between the leading distributors. This creates divisions within the company. In Plexus because of their unique pay plan, the leaders are encourages to work together for the over-all benefit of all the Ambassadors. What that does is create a family-like atmosphere where everyone is working and willing to help one another.

4. Easy Monthly Qualification
Some companies require $1000 or more in product volume to qualify to earn commission. In Plexus, it only takes $100 PV (Point Value) and, that $100 can come from customers buying directly from the company; it doesn’t have to come from personal purchases by the Ambassador.

5. Weekly and Monthly Pay
There are some companies that  pay weekly; and then some companies pay monthly. At Plexus we do both. Once a month, an Ambassador earns commission based on profit sharing; that is usually the largest of their commission payments. But each week an Ambassador can earn a payment based on building business bonuses and rank advancement.

6. 50% Payout to Ambassadors
Some companies pay their distributors less than 35% of the total PV sales. (PV is the dollar value attached to each product when sold) At Plexus we pay exactly 50% of the total PV to the Ambassadors each month. But, on top of that, Plexus pays out of its 50% share of the PV, all building business bonuses and rank advancement bonuses. They do not come from the 50% paid to Ambassadors.

7. Low Sign-Up
The cost to sign-up is $34.95. That includes a personalized website for one year. Other companies charge $99 and more to join then charge a monthly fee for a personalized website.

8. Special Product Pricing on First Order
In order to help new Ambassadors get started in the business, Plexus offers them a choice of a $100 or $200 initial product order. It is called a Welcome Pack. New Ambassadors get a discount on their first order that is not available at any other time. Other companies offer
no such discounts.

9. Plexus Products Work
On a recent survey 92.8% of the people responding said that they were involved with Plexus because of the products. Some companies are happy if 50% of their customers get results from their products. At Plexus that number is close to 90%

10. Customers purchase over 40% of all products
Month after month, over 40% of all sales are purchased by customers. And, of those products purchased by Ambassadors, a lot of those products are re-sold to customers. In other companies, the bulk of the sales are made by distributors and those distributors are often just buying products so that they qualify for commission.

11. No Monthly Auto-Purchase
Some companies require that, regardless of what other purchases are made during the month, you are forced to receive an auto-purchase in order to qualify to receive commission. At Plexus, Ambassadors place a Back-Order for $100PV. That order is ONLY processed if they don’t have enough PV to get commission. It is not sent to them regardless of their volume.

Plexus is the best of both worlds. Some people like to get into a company early; they like to feel they are on the ground floor; other people like to get into a company after it is established – they don’t want to risk their efforts on a company that might fail.  lexus offers both. Plexus has been in business for over 5 years and is debt free. Yet, it is growing like a new company – 15% a month – and yet it has less than 50,000 Ambassadors.  It truly is the best of both worlds.

Eleven Ways to Earn Income from the Plexus Compensation Plan

1. Business Building Bonuses
When a new Ambassador joins the company, they can purchase a Welcome pack from
$99 to $199. These Welcome packs are super bargains and not available at any other
time. 50% of the purchase price of a Welcome Pack is paid back to the Ambassadors
as a Business Building Bonus (BBB). Here is how that BBB is paid out: the Sponsor of
the new Ambassador receives 50% of the bonus, while 25%, 15%, and 10% is paid
upline to the first 3 Qualified Ambassadors above the sponsor.

2. Plexus Points
Each month, Plexus gives you Plexus Points for every Qualified Ambassador within
your pay levels of your organization. By sponsoring new Ambassadors and by assisting
existing Ambassadors in your organization to sponsor new Ambassadors, you will
increase the number of Plexus Points you are qualified to earn.

Each month, you can earn Plexus Points for every qualified Ambassador up to 7
compressed levels throughout your organization. Obviously, the more Plexus Points you
earn, the higher your paycheck.

Note: Full compression is explained in more detail at the end of the Compensation
Plan. In short, Full Compression is designed to pay you more money by eliminating
positions in your organization where there has been no activity for the month or
where the Ambassador failed to qualify.

Qualifying for Levels
The higher your level of Achievement the more levels on which you are entitled to
earn Plexus Points. Here is a summary:

Level 4 = 4 Plexus Points
Level 5 = 3 Plexus Points
Level 6 = 2 Plexus Points

efforts, your organization would look like the one below:

Fast Start Achievement Bonuses are special bonuses that are paid to Ambassadors
who achieve the level of Gold, Senior Gold, Ruby or Senior Ruby within 30 days of
becoming a new Plexus Ambassador. Let’s look at some examples:

Going for Gold
In becoming a Gold Ambassador, you would earn the following Bonuses:

For going Silver $100
For going Gold $250
Total Bonuses $350

If you became a Gold Ambassador within 30 days of becoming an

be doubled to $700.

In becoming a Senior Gold Ambassador you would earn the following Bonuses:
For Silver $100
For Gold $250
For Senior Gold $350

If you became a Senior Gold Ambassador within 30 days of becoming an
Ambassador, under the Fast Start Bonus Program that $700 would be doubled to
$1.400.

Going For Ruby

5. Retail Rewards Program (Commissions)
You can become a Plexus Ambassador and earn generously through the Retail
Rewards Program - building a network is not required.
Here’s how it works:
As an Ambassador, you will have your own Plexus replicated website and be able to
purchase products at wholesale. You will be able to offer your retail customers two
options; purchase directly from you out of stock on hand, or purchase on-line through
your Plexus website via credit card. All product purchases made online via your ID#
create Personal Volume. As your monthly Personal Volume builds, so do the
percentages of your retail sales commissions.
Retail Rewards Commission Schedule

Volume for Pay Period Percentage Earned
Up to $99.99 in Personal Volume 0%
From $100 to $499.99 15%
From $500 and up 25%

When you go over $500 in Personal Volume, your 25% percentage earned rolls
back to all Personal Volume over $100!
Let’s look an example to see how this would work. If you are in a position to retail large
volumes of product and order 4 Retailers’ Packs of Plexus Slim (8 30-day supplies each
= 32 packages of Plexus Slim @ $62.50 each), that purchase would generate $2,000
Personal Volume. At the end of the month, you would be paid the following:

Retail Rewards Commissions
Volume for Pay Period Percentage Earned Money Earned
Up to $99.99 in volume 0% $0.00
From $100 to $499.99 15% $60.00
 (25% when total volume over $500) $99.99
$500 and up 25% $375.00
Total Retail Sales Commissions Earned $474.99

So now that You have an idea of the endless income opportunity  its time for you to join the Plexus Lexus family:

What is Plexus Slim

Plexus Slim was co-developed by two scientists whose desire was to create a plant-based consumable
product for diabetics in hopes of reducing their need for diabetic medication/insulin. When a person receives a diagnosis as being diabetic or pre-diabetic, they are advised by their medical practitioner to go on a plant-based diet to best manage diabetes. This is very difficult for most people to do.... So, they came up with a formulary and developed it into a two-year human clinical trial. In the clinical trial, they found that the diabetics were reporting back that they had better daytime energy, they were sleeping better at night, their blood sugars balanced out to normal in that they were no longer needing their medication, they had a reduced appetite, lost their desire for sugar, they no longer needed their cholesterol or blood pressure medication AND as a side effect -- they were losing weight.

Plexus Worldwide was approached by these two scientists and asked them to market this product as a weight loss product in 2009. The product was being sold primarily in the south. In the south they have some of the worst obesity numbers in the country. So while people were losing weight, they had people who had a lot of weight to lose. In 2011 the co-developers developed a plant based "Accelerator" product to go in conjunction with the Slim drink that would aid in fat loss quicker. Since that time testimonies are coming out of the woodwork from people who are getting relief from a wider variety of illness than anticipated. While the company does not advertise these as issues that are being resolved, testimonies are coming about every day for relief from illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Lupus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Migraines, Hormonal imbalances, Infertility, Thyroid disease, Gout, Acne and so much more.

Plexus works by first filtering through the liver and breaking down sugar BEFORE it gets to the pancreas. When the pancreas isn't overworked, the body releases bad fat it has been holding on to. Most diets/exercise regimens "FORCE" fat off the body. But when the exercise or the diet ceases, the weight comes back. When the body releases bad fat naturally, in an un-forced fashion it does not come back. Because of our modern North American diet with highly processed foods and our obsession with sugar consumption, our pancreas does not function well -- thus the 65 million obese people statistic and the 25.8 million adults and children who have diabetes, with 1.9 million new cases a year! This is alarming. We now have a product within our reach that can help those who struggle with obesity, diabetes and overall general well being.

When our bodies are out of balance, it leads to a whole sleuth of illnesses like a domino effect. Plexus goes in and stabilizes what is wrong in the body and makes it right with weight loss being a side effect.

There is no dieting with Plexus. Simply put, the product works by changing what you desire in ways of suppressing the appetite and taking away your desire for sugar/sweets/junk. Our part is to be mindful of how much we are satisfied with and whether or not we truly need to have that dessert! If you allow the product to, it will do its part and you do yours. It will balance out what is wrong in the body and make it right. Once the body is in balance, it will release the bad fat it has been holding on to.

Plexus comes with a 60 day money back guarantee. They allow for 60 days, because we shouldn't expect weight loss results before then. If there is, it is a pleasant surprise. But for many, it may take the full 60 days for the body to balance itself out. The abnormalities within the body didn't happen overnight and for most, it will not come off overnight. Please be aware that most people lose inches before they lose pounds. So be sure to take measurements! But what you will notice immediately is that you feel fantastic and you cannot put a price on feeling fantastic while the Plexus is balancing out your body to get to optimal health.

Marketing Blues

I figured that today would be a good day to review some of the emails that I have been receiving in correspondence to some of more recent blogs. As I was scrolling through, I couldn't help but notice that many people have some of the same questions and are extremely frustrated with the so called marketing industry and this multi-million dollar business called MLM. In some exact words, they are being taken for literally  everything that they are worth, and for many that is just a house and a car note away from the card board box around the corner. My sympathy goes out to say the least because I too have been one in that current situation and with not much experience, jumping into the world of marketing and affiliate promotions could be compared to that of a pit full of sharks who missed more than two meals- and yes, you just became target numero uno.
My greatest advice in which I give newcomers of the marketing world is that never let your guard down. In many instances, when you hear of a business opportunity that sounds way to good to be true, then most likely it is. That old saying still hold true centuries later--- If it walks like a duck......
It has sadly become almost impossible to weed out the good from the bad, and it can also be overly discouraging when you want to make and independent change from that awful job that you hate but just cannot find the right path to take. Often you may assume that you are not good at something because you have not yet tried it. I have heard countless amounts of "'Im not a sales person" or "I can't sell a thing". Attitude is most important when you are starting in this business because there are many disappointments  before you receive satisfaction or reach your goal.
The last bit of advice that I would offer is that MLM is highly over rated. I could tell you how to do it, and how to get hundreds of leads each day; however its no longer safe. People only jump on a new opportunity when its new, then it becomes old and been there done that. When that happens current affiliates are looking for the next best thing because there is way to much competition and nobody likes too much competition.\
So, here it is... If you are looking to make money online, I suggest that you use your brain and stay two steps ahead of the game. Only a fool would expect to get rich from MLM or affiliate marketing. Places like clickbank are a bait pool full f hungry sharks. Sorry to say it but its true. Reason being is that the only people making profit are the those who are doing the selling. So If I sold you a product in which I promised you 100,000 monthly and showed you all sorts of crazy proofs until I had you envisioning the life- and then put a price like 220.00; lets not forget those sneaky re-occurring bills every month, and then had you do the same thing while I skim a little off the top from you---- Lets call that my commission  then I'm the only one really profiting. One last additive to that is these people are making money from the people you sign up and so on and so on.

Secretarial work from home

Recently I received a few questions on more free ways to make money online from home. Many people are looking heavily for legitimate work from home sights that allow them to cut the daily commute as well as the extra drama the office has to offer. There are many places that you can check online in which you will find your typing talents can be put to use. As many other real and legitimate jobs, you are required to complete an online application as well as submitting to a background check. One of the many places in which I love to work for is Speak Write Hiring. Transcriptionist needed to work from home

This sight is great if you have all of the materials required to become a typist from home and like everything else working- experience is a plus if nit required.
Speak Write Hiring is a sight that you are able to apply through an online application. The proccess is very quick. The few steps that you must take are the initial online application, then you must submit to an online test that will test your WPM and accuracy. In order to be considered for tyhis position, you will have be able to type a wpm speed of 60 and have a 90% accuracy rate. Speak Write Hiring offers a practice test that you can utilize as many times as you would like and you are able to take the actual test 99 times before you are required to reapply. I suggest practicing if you have not typed in a while.

Make money online

Making money online used to pretty much require you to have your own Web site, products to sell and some marketing savvy. But a new generation of dot-coms have arisen that will pay you for what you know and who you know without you having to be a web designer or a marketing genius.
But it's hard to tell hype from the real deal. I did a search on "make money online" and "making money online", and much of the information out there is just promoting various infoproducts, mostly about Internet marketing.
In the interest of objectivity, none of the links below are affiliate links, and none of them have paid or provided any other consideration for their presence here. These are legitimate companies with business models that allow you to get paid for a wide range of activities.

Setting up a blog requires not much more than a basic publishing program, a server and software to track ad clicks. The hard part, though, is attracting enough eyeballs to make it worth someone's while to pay to advertise on your site.

To have any prayer of attracting large advertisers, sites need to attract at least 500,000 unique visitors per month, says David Hauslaib, publisher of Jossip.com, a media and gossip blog that counts Coca Cola (nyse: KO - news - people ) and Sketchers among its advertisers. Sadly, even if you do generate enough traffic, the "click-through" rates on ads tend to be quite low--in the neighborhood of one half of 1%.

Subscription-based models are even harder to crack. Unless your site fulfills an urgent need (for tangible investment ideas, a potential mate, etc.), users aren't likely to pay for the content.

One way to garner subscription revenue is to run a virtual marketplace. These sites collect by allowing buyers and sellers easy access to each other. Many of these marketplaces flamed out in the dot-com bust, but some persist. Mfg.com, for instance, matches equipment manufacturers with smaller component suppliers. Dating sites like Match.com charge subscription fees for access to their members. And H2Bid.com links municipalities with wastewater-equipment vendors
You can find a list of free ways to make money online below:

1. Amazon’s Mechanical Turk.

Mechanical Turk is a great way to make some extra cash. You probably won’t make much more than a few dollars an hour, but it’s also dead simple to complete many of the tasks. Most tasks take less than a minute to complete and pay a few pennies. If you do a lot of MTurk, it could add up to at least some fun spending money. Sign up for free, then complete qualifications to earn access to higher-paying tasks.

2. Sell stock photos.

iStockPhoto is just one site that allows you to sell stock photos; there are others. Before you decide to go crazy and upload your whole album, take note of what’s selling well and try your hand at doing something similar. iStockPhoto also works for those who know how to render images; some of their most popular images were created on a computer! Have three killer stock photos ready for iStockPhoto’s inspection; they will want them when you sign up.

3. Sell stuff on eBay.

Start by selling your own extra stuff. Then, once you get a feel for selling your extra stuff, go door-to-door in nicer neighborhoods in your town. Develop an eye for what will sell and what won’t (old laptops, for instance, could be a gold mine–if you know how to format them to get rid of the previous owner’s personal data.) Sign a contract where you take 25-30% (or more) of the gross sale. Your customers will be happy to get cash for their old junk, and you’ll make some good money selling other people’s stuff. eBay

4. Become a freelance article writer.

It may not pay well, but there is a growing demand for this. Write 200-300 word articles and submit them to article directories. Potential clients include bloggers, marketers, and small businesses. You can write articles in a niche in batches and sell them as a package to one or more clients, or you can offer your services for hire per word or article and let your client give you direction. A foundation of keyword research is important to succeed at this job (unless you’re just taking direction from a client), but keyword research is learnable.

5. Write articles for magazines or other publications.

If you have a background in journalism, or just a passion for it, you can try your hand at submitting articles to publications. Don’t just randomly fire off articles, however; have a plan and, preferably, a contact at the publication you wish to submit to. The good news is that there are publications in pretty much any niche you can think of. To see some publications that are hiring, visit Online Writing Jobs, PoeWar Freelance Jobs, and Writing.com.

6. Transcribe audio files.

An easy job; doesn’t pay well, but also a quick way to make some money. Sign up on eLance or oDesk to start, and/or advertise your services in entrepreneur forums. Requires good hearing and a good command of the English language. You may also want to invest in a foot pedal if you plan to transcribe often. Make sure you know how to transcribe interviews before you start your first job.

7. Become a virtual assistant (VA).

There are entire books written on how to become a virtual assistant, so this job is definitely worthy of more research. My advice: Focus on one niche (I just hired Lisa Morosky of VA for Bloggers, for instance.) Also, reach out to potential customers directly and let them know what you can do for them instead of hitting up freelance web sites. Finally, you may want to consider resources such as AssistU, which provides training for up-and-coming virtual assistants.

8. Write articles on eHow.com.

If you understand the basics of keyword research, you can make a good monthly income from eHow. eHow pays you a percentage of the ad revenue they make from each “How to” article you create. You can crank out a few articles a day with relative ease. Try this for a month; assuming your article titles match up with what people are searching for in Google, you can make a significant income. The great news is that you write your articles once and get paid month after month. I’ve seen figures of $100-$150/month for 30 articles. Make money writing for eHow.com.

9. Do some videos to promote affiliate products.

Enjoy making silly videos? Even short, silly videos can sell products online. Find an product worth promoting that has an affiliate program, then target your video toward potential customers of that product. In your video summary on YouTube, place your affiliate link for the product, and after the video, do a 30-second still frame showing a short URL where people can buy the product. If your video is funny, informative, or useful, you may sell some products. Big tip: Try to promote a product that makes you a fair amount of money for each sale, but doesn’t cost a whole lot for the potential customer. You can find products on Commission Junction, for one.

Facebook - A New Marketing Avenue

Facebook and Social Media - The Next Marketing Opportunity

Marketing as an activity is all about reaching the right customers with the right products, and the result sought is delighted customers who are more than willing to open their purses wide enough to boost your revenues. For many years, marketers stalked their target customers through various means and by trying to get their message across to spread awareness about their wares.

Traditional Means of Communication

Traditionally, marketing communications were conducted via print, broadcast and such traditional media through disruptive advertising, where advertisements appear in between the content of interest for the customer.

Traditional media does give a large reach to a marketer with its programming of mass appeal. However, the wastage is equally high, since a large portion of the audience would belong to a different segment than the one that is to be targeted by the marketer.

Enter Social Media and the Internet

The revolution stirred by the internet as a medium took place because of the fact that it is highly personalized and provides more content on-demand than any other available medium. Social sites proliferated far and wide in their usage for a few simple reasons:

The power to create and distribute content is equally available to every user, irrespective of him/her being a customer or a marketer. In the earlier forms of media, that power rested with the editorial staff of the channel or the advertiser, but hardly ever with the user.
The medium is completely personalized, and a user can create or join groups and further create content based on what he/she likes.
Opinions are free and fair. This is one reason why social media is of utmost concern to marketers, since buying decisions are no more influenced as much by advertisements. The traditional word-of-mouth marketing approach has grown leaps and bounds on social networks.

Facebook – At the Center of Social Media

With 500 million (and growing) unique users worldwide, Facebook is the number one social networking site in terms of activity and subscriptions. What started as a garage initiative by Mark Zuckerberg has now become the biggest phenomenon on the internet.

A user interface that allows for quick communication and the ability to create fan pages and groups at the click of a mouse button are what make Facebook extremely popular. Another important reason for its immense popularity is the wide variety of social applications that have been developed and made available within the Facebook environment.

These applications can allow users and friends to do joint activities like playing games that run endlessly, sharing photos, videos, and web links, and many more.

How does this help a marketer?

Traditionally, media plans were drawn to include television channels, publications, or any other media that can grab maximum eyeballs and effectively reach a selected target audience. The science of segmentation and targeting has become only more accurate in the case of social media.

Facebook provides a wide variety of avenues to communicate with the audience, which opens up an entirely different world of possibilities to have a fruitful dialogue with customers. Some of these methods used popularly by marketers are:

Advertising: The first opportunity, which is the most obvious one, is advertising on Facebook. The difference, however, is the fact that you can create your own advertisement in a matter of minutes and also specify the details of your target group in terms of demographics and types of discussions where you want your advertisement to appear.
Fan Pages: Facebook allows every brand, as well as individual users, to create fan pages for their favorite celebrities and their own homegrown businesses. Large brands have also created their official pages on Facebook that have a huge, immediate fan following around the world. The fan page has immense utility to convey first hand information about the brand and also to collect immediate and frank feedback from your customers.
Branded applications: One of the most effective ways to engage a user toward your brand is by creating an application; this could be a game or a contest, with your branding coming across subtly through it.

What makes Facebook even more exciting is the way it allows you to target your communication sharply just to the customer segment you want to attract. It also provides analytics and page insights that give good feedback and measurement on the activity done.

The options provided by Facebook can be creatively explored and used judiciously for bringing about maximum benefits to any brand.

However, while doing all this, you need to be aware of the fact that customers have an equal say and have the ability to respond immediately to any of your actions with a thumbs up or a thumbs down. Availing the service of a social media consultant to work out a social media strategy may be required so that your efforts will not be in vain.
